They have always had exceptional service. Everyone that has showed up on their staff has been respectfully and knowledgeable. I know in the future our family will continue to use smooth move. They got right to work. None of our items were damaged bc they wrapped them up good. The only reason I am not leaving a 5 star is bc we were told for 3 hours of work our price would be $450/ $150 per hour and was told our job should be able to get done in that time frame. I get it. Things happen. But when the guys were done it was 21 minutes past the 3 hour time. Sure, i get they can't do that 21 minutes for free. But the total cost was $560. So $110 for those 21 minutes.. other than this issue I would have been 100 percent satisfied. But I felt $110 for the 21 minutes of work was over priced. read less

They took precautions to make sure all our items were protected. We had numerous, heavy pieces of furniture that had to go up 17 stairs and through a hallway. We also had professional fitness equipment such as a treadmill, leg curl machine and other pieces that they also moved. The team we had were friendly and positive in nature and made sure that we were completely satisfied before they left. Well, we didn’t have to worry. These folks were great. They did what they said they would do for the price we were quoted and were always on time. They packed us quickly but carefully and as we are unpacking, I can see there is a real art to packing and it takes a professional. I had no idea the skill involved in packing and boxing items. I think the driver who did the loading had a computer for a brain. He fit things in like a jigsaw puzzle with not a bit of wasted space but in the right order of heavy to light and took care with fragile items. I know I’m using a lot of words here. But it was fascinating. And the crew was professional and polite. I’d almost do it again. But not really- moving is hard. Yet, if we do move again, this is the company we will use. read less
